Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join a well-established team in Exeter. This is a full-time, ongoing position offering consistent hours and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of food products
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Ensure quality checks are completed accurately
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow strict hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
