Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Production Operative to join a leading company in Exeter. The role would generally suit someone with a manufacturing or production background, however all backgrounds will be considered as full training can be provided for the right individual.
Key Duties
Work 6am to 2pm on Monday and Friday.
Work 6am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Carry out manufacturing and production tasks as required.
Maintain attention to detail and ensure quality standards are met.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Good attention to detail and quality focus.
Good level of English (reading, writing, and spoken).
Flexibility and reliability.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Awareness of health and safety.
What We Offer
Starting hourly rate of 16.39.
38 hours worked over a 4-day weekend.
Overtime available once trained.
