Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Public Space Cleaners to join a dedicated team keeping Exeter's streets, parks, and public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.

• Keep public spaces clean and tidy by removing litter and emptying bins.
• Tackle minor issues such as graffiti, fly posting, weeds, and cleaning of public toilets or car parks.
• Conduct basic inspections of public facilities and report maintenance requirements.
• Flag larger issues for action by specialist teams (e.g. tree work, grass cutting, major graffiti removal).
• Report incidents such as fly tipping, stray animals, abandoned vehicles, or damaged street furniture.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly (full training provided).
• Work flexibly to meet the needs of the public and the service.

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and sense of community pride.
• Reliable, responsible, and physically fit for an active role.

• 12.65 per hour + enhanced rates for overtime.
