Interim Operations Director Key Responsibilities:

• Driving improvements in operational performance, service delivery, and customer experience
• Conducting a deep dive into financial performance to uncover growth opportunities and cost efficiencies
• Motivating and supporting teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Overhauling workflows, staffing, and delivery mechanisms for better output
• Exploring untapped revenue streams and shaping new business opportunities
• Providing strategic insight while remaining hands-on in execution
• Representing the business to key internal and external stakeholders

Interim Operations Director Key Requirements:

• Significant leadership experience as a Managing Director or senior operations lead
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management capability
• A proven track record of stepping into businesses mid-stream and delivering results fast
• Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to drive meaningful change
• Hands-on leadership style with a strategic mindset
• Ideally, experience in agriculture, farming, or rural services
• Collaborative and confident communicator, especially in shared leadership environments
