TITLE: Sales Administrator

LOCATION: Exeter

SALARY: 26,000-28,000 per annum DOE

BENEFITS: Excellent benefit package including 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5.00pm

THE COMPANY: Our client, a well-established agricultural company located just outside of Exeter, is on the lookout for a motivated Sales Administrator to join their friendly and dedicated team. THE ROLE: The Sales Administrator will join the Exeter team in their idyllic offices and become part of a friendly, down to earth team. As the sales administrator, you will be a pivotal member of the team utilising your strong administrative skills to support the sales team with order processing, client communication and order delivery. This will include frequently speaking with customers using your effective communication skills, collecting detailed information, coordinating and updating systems as required.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Interacting and communicating with key customers
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with the communication and delivery of all orders
  • Invoicing
  • Day to day Sales administration:
    creating / adding information to invoices
    customer information
    using inhouse systems
    scheduling of deliveries

ABOUT YOU:

  • A proven track record in customer services
  • Experienced administrator ideally having worked in a sales administration role or logistical administration
  • Works well in a team
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines and time frames
  • Competent IT skills and accurate data entry
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Have a solution and problem - solving mentality to inspire others
