The role of the Area Sales Manager - Construction Products
- This is a field sales / home based position (approx. 50% home based and 50% field based) Selling a high quality range of manufactured construction materials products used in the construction of residential new builds.
- You will be responsible for managing relationships and selling into sub-contractors and insultation distributors such as SIG, Minster, Encon, CCF.
- The successful Area Sales Manager will work as part of a team that is performing above budget expectations.
- Order values range from 2k - 1m depending on size and scope.

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager/ Specification Sales Manager - Construction Products
- Looking for progression into a field sales role with a growing manufacturer
- A desire to be trained up in specification selling
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Patient
- Ideally have sales/field sales experience, although this is not essential for the role
- Would consider outside of the industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Someone who is enthusiastic about the role, the company and their roles and responsibilities
The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager
- up to 30,000 - 35,000 negotiable
- 12,000 OTE paid monthly, quarterly and annuallyuncapped
- Healthcare
- Company car - hybrid (choice)
- 25 days holiday plus stats
