Location: Exeter, UK
Salary: 14.00 - 16.50 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 39-hour week, Monday to Thursday, 11:30 - 21:45 (20% shift premium).

Job Purpose:
As a CNC Machine Setter Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components to exact specifications. You'll be responsible for setting and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring product conformance, and supporting timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and inspect components to meet production requirements.
- Set and operate CNC machines in line with defined processes.
- Ensure quality control and right-first-time production.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
- Positive team-oriented attitude and awareness of business goals.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Preferred qualifications include a core mechanical engineering background.
- Experience with FANUC control systems (will consider others)
- Familiarity with 5S/Lean manufacturing practices and aerospace industry standards is advantageous.
