Location: Exeter, UK
Salary: 14.00 - 16.50 (dependent on experience)

Job Purpose:

As a CNC Machine Setter Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components to exact specifications. You'll be responsible for setting and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring product conformance, and supporting timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and inspect components to meet production requirements.
  • Set and operate CNC machines in line with defined processes.
  • Ensure quality control and right-first-time production.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements:

  • Positive team-oriented attitude and awareness of business goals.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Preferred qualifications include a core mechanical engineering background.
  • Experience with FANUC control systems (will consider others)
