Job Title: Site Supervisor/ Foreman
Location: Exeter

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/ Foreman to oversee civil engineering projects across Devon, covering highways, drainage, environmental, and utility frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and materials.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and local authorities.
• Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and safety checks.
• Maintain accurate site records, timesheets, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with method statements, risk assessments, and environmental procedures.
• Support delivery of emergency and reactive works when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience supervising civil engineering or utility projects.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• CSCS .
• First Aid.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
