Contracts Manager – ExeterExciting Opportunity for a Contracts Manager in Exeter! Join a regional construction company in Devon as a Contracts Manager, overseeing a variety of projects to the highest standards. Projects include refurbishments, commercial new builds, and extensions in leisure, industrial, and education sectors, ranging from £10k to £10m plus in value. Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular project performance reports including a full monthly report
  • Take responsibility for the management of up to multiple site teams
  • Provide information for inclusion within tender submissions
  • Understand and deliver contracts within the agreed contract conditions and timeframes
  • Line management of Senior Site Managers and their site teams; monitoring performance, providing leadership, direction and guidance
  • Provide pre construction and pre contract advice to ensure for the smooth running of site activities
Skills:
  • Experience of Programming, JCT and NEC Contracts and design management
  • Detailed Health and Safety knowledge
  • Knowledge of building, material components, building regulations
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Full UK driving licence
