A well-established and growing professional services firm is looking to recruit an experienced Part-Time Credit Controller to support their internal finance function. Based in the Exeter office, this role offers the opportunity to work in a stunning location with the added option of hybrid working following a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities:-
Proactively manage and reduce aged debt

Chase outstanding payments via phone and email in a professional manner

Reconcile accounts and process incoming payments

Handle account queries and manage debt recovery where necessary

Prepare and maintain regular credit control reports

Liaise confidently with clients and internal stakeholders

Proven experience in credit control, ideally within a professional services setting

Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Able to manage and prioritise your workload independently

Proficient in IT systems and finance software
