Customer Services Advisor

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? A leading, well-established manufacturing business in the South West is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join their dynamic internal team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for trade customers, handling inbound queries, processing orders, and providing product information. You'll work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from trade customers, resolving enquiries with professionalism.
  • Accurately process orders via phone, email, and fax.
