Job Purpose / Overview

In this role you will play a key part in helping us with customer queries to deliver a great customer experience with every contact - telephony/written correspondence. Reporting to the New Connections Manager within the heart of the operations team, as a New Connections customer service advisor, you won't just be helping our customers understand the installations process; you'll be part of the driving force behind revolutionising our many processes within the new connections team and delivering unparalleled customer experiences to both our large and mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call Handling: Serve as a point of escalation for customer queries that come via or phone lines.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a keen problem-solving ability, addressing issues with precision and efficiency.
  • Communication Excellence: Exhibit excellent communication skills.
