Great opportunity to work as a Customer Service Executive for our client, a leading UK Safety and Workplace supplier.
Staffline is recruiting Customer Service Executives in Exeter.
The rate of pay is £26,(Apply online only) per annum, plus bonus!
This is a full-time role working day shifts, and the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
The main objective of this role will be to assist in the achievement of branch sales, profit and customer service targets.
Your duties will include:
- Make daily outbound calls to generate orders and repeat orders
- Ensure all orders are captured
- Maximise sales and margin
- Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Manage out of stock items
- Maintain effective communication
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have great computer skills, a confident phone manner and excellent all-around customer service skills. Applicants will have good attention to detail.
Experience in a similar role is required.
