My client, an internationally known company serving the farming community, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Exeter with immediate effect.
The role of Customer ServiceOperator in brief:
- Produce accurate reports within a timely manner
- Ensure the smooth flow of order information throughout the supply chain, liaising with key internal stakeholders to manage orders against available capacity.
- Execute strategic order reviews to maximise fleet and production efficiency, to include dual dates, mill multiples, drop size and other supply chain principles
- Maintain and manage strong relationships with suppliers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
- You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
- Confident and competent telephone manner.
