Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Customer Services advisor to join their team
This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant
You will
- To handle all telephone calls, emails (including social media) and any written correspondence in a professional, polite and efficient manner.
- To ensure that all relevant details are recorded accurately on supporting technology and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- To proactively respond to and resolve a wide range of issues relating to North Devon Council services, including complex and in depth enquiries.
- To accurately identify where a specialist response is required and escalate within the target time-scale.
- To provide equality and ease of access to all Services and those of its partners, for all residents of and visitors to the area.
Experience in a similar area is essential
