Join our team as a Sales Operations Coordinator, where you will be instrumental in handling customer interactions and optimizing our sales processes. Day-to-day Responsibilities:- Handle the full cycle of customer interactions, including processing orders, resolving queries, and managing credit and information requests to their conclusion.
- Cultivate relationships with key accounts, applying best practices to boost both customer satisfaction and account performance.
- Coordinate effectively with third-party suppliers to fulfil customer needs.
- Generate and review Sales Reports to manage the performance of accounts within the Distributor sector.
- Enhance and refine company systems and procedures, aiming for ongoing improvements in service and efficiency, particularly within the new FEWH business model.
- Keep meticulous records and documentation of all activities and transactions.
- Engage in project work and be willing to travel as needed to meet the objectives of the business.
