I am looking for an Electrician candidate to work for a social housing contractor around Devon. The role will involve joining a team of maintenance operatives working within tenanted domestic properties.

The Electrician candidate will receive:

Hourly pay of £25
Potential salary of £40,000
Company van and fuel card
Optional call out rota at one week in every four
Competitive annual leave allowance

The Electrician will be responsible for:

Working within tenanted properties
Electrical rewiring and maintenance works
Electrical ventilation works
Working on air source pumps
Travelling to jobs

The Electrician will have:

18th Edition
NVQ Level 3
CSCS Card
Knowledge of how to use a PDA
Full UK drivers license
