Role Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of audit services across a diverse portfolio including corporates, charities, and owner-managed businesses
- Manage audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring high quality and technical accuracy
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and trusted advisory support
- Oversee, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and accountability
- Review files, provide technical guidance, and drive best practice across the department
- Work closely with senior leadership to support practice growth, client onboarding, and team development
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the audit function and the wider firm

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience in audit
- Proven track record in managing audits and leading teams
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Commercially aware, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive efficiency
- Motivated by team development, quality assurance, and delivering results
- Career-driven and interested in future progression to Director or Partner level
- £75,000 to £90,000 per annum
