• Lead the delivery of audit services across a diverse portfolio including corporates, charities, and owner-managed businesses
• Manage audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring high quality and technical accuracy
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and trusted advisory support
• Oversee, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and accountability
• Review files, provide technical guidance, and drive best practice across the department
• Work closely with senior leadership to support practice growth, client onboarding, and team development

• ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience in audit
• Proven track record in managing audits and leading teams
• Excellent technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Commercially aware, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive efficiency
• Motivated by team development, quality assurance, and delivering results
• Career-driven and interested in future progression to Director or Partner level

• £75,000 to £90,000 per annum
