- Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and roll-out of integrated cybersecurity strategies that cover both OT and IT.
- Programme Management: Take charge of cross-functional projects, ensuring that our cyber transformation initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the go-between for internal teams and external partners (think system integrators and cybersecurity vendors).
- Governance & Compliance: Manage risk and ensure our processes adhere to standards like NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO27001.
- Cultural Champion: Drive cyber awareness and foster a security-first mindset across the organization.
- Senior Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership to keep them updated on progress, risks, and our overall performance.
- Technical Leadership: Utilise your solid grounding in SCADA, ICS, IT infrastructure, and cloud security to shape our approach.
- A strong track record in programme or project management—ideally with experience steering complex transformation initiatives.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GICSP are a plus).
- Experience in industries that manage legacy or “grey” estates is beneficial, though not essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with a commitment to be in the Exeter office 2-3 days a week.
