  • Full-time [37.5 hrs] | Permanent
  • £25,235 per year
  • Standard working pattern for this role is Tuesday - Saturday.
  • Participation in an outreach rota

Responsibilities

  • Handle referrals and support individuals accessing emergency accommodation.
  • Complete needs and risk assessments for clients, leading to the delivery of support plans which meet individual client needs.
  • Empower a caseload of clients, identifying their strengths and goals, developing their skills, confidence and wellbeing.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
  • Participation in an outreach rota which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Enhanced DBS
