Sales Co-ordinator – ExeterPermanent, Full-time (37.5 hours/week)£28k - £35k Are you well-organised and customer-focused, ready to guide property sales from reservation through to completion? We’re seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to ensure an exceptional home-buying experience across various South West developments. Working within modern offices supporting a team within a well established Business in the South West.In this role, you will:
  • Manage the full sales progression process, coordinating with stakeholders to meet key milestones and targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and customer information.
  • Support customer care and collaborate with project teams to facilitate smooth handovers.
  • Provide administrative support—including collating and preparing weekly, monthly, and annual sales data and reports for regional leadership.
We're looking for someone who is:
  • Proactive and highly organised.
  • A strong communicator, capable of building great relationships.
  • Knowledgeable about the house purchase process.
  • Able to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality service.
  • Worked within a Coordinating position or within a customer focused role previoulsy 
  • Ideally worked within the housing industry 
  • Good Administration skills supporting a team
