My Client is an established independent Food Importer working with clients within the Wholesale, Catering and Retailers markets. 聽They are now seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their small but thriving team. 聽This is an all-encompassing role which will allow an experienced technical manager to utilise their full skillset.
There is no factory environment within the UK and so the role is office based with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week - However, pivotal to the role is the ability to travel on a regular basis as the role will involve supplier auditing on the continent and developing sound working relationships. 聽- (1 - 2 visits to Italy a month)

Technical Manager Role:
路You will be able to develop strong partnership relationships with key customers and suppliers.
路Promote technical best practice within the business
路Manage site visits and audits, as required.
路Managing the QMS and HACCP function

Technical Manager Experience / Qualifications Required:
路Experience of auditing suppliers
路Experience working with the Major Retailers
路BRC Audit Experience
路HACCP qualification
路Food Hygiene Training

路An Attractive Salary of up to 拢50,000 DOE
路Bonus - Up to 15%
