Night Shift Production Operatives - Exeter
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join the team at Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in advanced aerospace manufacturing, located in Exeter.

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm - 6am
Pay Rate: Starting at £16.19 per hour + overtime available after training
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and hand tools to manufacture aerospace components
- Carry out precise assembly and inspection of detailed parts
- Coating and dipping parts
- Follow manufacturing instructions and quality control procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production or general industrial environment
- Experience using hand tools or operating machinery is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- High awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team
