BrewDog Exeter are on the hunt for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our crew. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced kitchen, where youll own your section, support the wider kitchen team and help deliver high-quality food, fast, fresh and to spec, every single shift.
Youll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, leading by example, setting standards and helping to create an environment where great food and great teamwork thrive.

What Youll Be Doing
- Leading shifts in the kitchen and supporting the wider management team
- Owning a section and ensuring food is delivered to spec, at speed and with consistency
- Guiding, motivating and supporting kitchen crew during service
- Leading by example with strong culinary skills and great kitchen habits
- Supporting food safety, health and safety and cleanliness standards across all sections
- Helping maintain organisation, prep levels and smooth service flow
- Playing a key role in creating a positive, respectful and high-energy kitchen culture
About You
As a Kitchen Supervisor, youre calm under pressure, confident on the pass and proud of the standards you set.
Youll bring:
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong food safety awareness and attention to detail
- A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
- The ability to motivate others and keep standards high during busy services
- A genuine passion for quality food and great teamwork
