The Role
You'll be working closely with experienced planners on a broad range of rural, residential, and commercial projects across the South West. Day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with site appraisals, preparing planning applications, supporting appeals, and conducting research into planning policy and legislation.

About You

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • Ideally 1+ years' experience in a Town Planning role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ideally working towards RTPI accreditation (or interest in doing so).
