What will you do?
- Run your own caseload, including:
- Company, shareholder, partnership and commercial contract disputes (and possibly data protection and intellectual property disputes)
- Potential to advise on insolvency and other matters as and when they arise
- Inherit a caseload and build upon it
- Bring your own specialism to advise on
- You will be involved in business development and encouraged to engage with your own/new clients as well as established clients of the firm – with full assistance from the in-house marketing team
- If offered at partnership level, then supervise juniors and trainees
What do you need?
- To be a solicitor or legal executive
- At least 4 years PQE
- General Commercial Litigation experience
- Any niche/specialisms will be welcomed and encouraged
