What you'll do:
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:
- Manage intricate commercial disputes including contractual and shareholder disputes, financial and professional negligence claims, judicial review and business risk and regulatory matters
- Work in close collaboration with senior lawyers in the team on various cases
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients
- Handle competing interests in demanding situations
- Meet challenging deadlines efficiently and effectively
