The team is celebrated for delivering outstanding results across an array of intricate commercial disputes, encompassing contractual and shareholder disputes, financial and professional negligence claims, judicial review and business risk and regulatory matters. This role provides the prospect to collaborate with a diverse assortment of local, national and international clients, ranging from business start-ups to multi-nationals and public sector bodies.

What you'll do:

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage intricate commercial disputes including contractual and shareholder disputes, financial and professional negligence claims, judicial review and business risk and regulatory matters
  • Work in close collaboration with senior lawyers in the team on various cases
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients
  • Handle competing interests in demanding situations
