An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who is open to expanding their practice to include advising rural and agricultural clients on land-related matters.
You will work alongside a highly experienced partner who will support your development.

You will advise a wide range of clients from private individuals and family estates to corporate landowners and institutional lenders on high-value commercial property work and complex agricultural matters.
The role will include:
- Advising on the sale and purchase of farms, estates, rural land holdings, including high-value and multi-lot transactions
- Acting for clients on:
- First registrations and title reconstructions
- Overages, easements, and rights of way
- Farm business tenancies
- Sporting rights and related leases
- Agricultural Holdings Act and 1954 Act tenancy advice
- Representing lenders on secured finance transactions involving rural and mixed-use assets
About you:
- You will be an experienced commercial property solicitor (ideally 5+ years PQE) with a solid grounding
- A strong interest in agricultural or rural property is essential
- You will be comfortable handling complex and technical title issues
- A confident communicator with a client-focused approach and commercial awareness
