  • Advise on non-contentious matters, including:
    • Public sector procurement regulations
    • Contract negotiations
    • Grant funding and subsidy control
    • Local authority powers and responsibilities

What You’ll Need:

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
  • 3+ years’ experience advising public sector clients or working within a public sector body
  • Exposure to commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of public procurement law and subsidy control (desirable, not essential)
  • A passion for growing your expertise in a leading team
