Your Role:
- Contribute to major public sector projects nationwide
- Advise on non-contentious matters, including:
- Public sector procurement regulations
- Contract negotiations
- Grant funding and subsidy control
- Local authority powers and responsibilities
What You’ll Need:
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executiveÂ
- 3+ years’ experience advising public sector clients or working within a public sector body
- Exposure to commercial contracts
- Knowledge of public procurement law and subsidy control (desirable, not essential)
- A passion for growing your expertise in a leading team
