The team is 20+ strong, with four partners, senior associates, solicitors, and chartered legal executives working closely together. It’s a collaborative, well-structured group with both experienced leadership and developing talent, offering you support, mentoring, and room to grow.You’ll run your own varied caseload while also working alongside senior colleagues on more complex deals. Expect landlord and tenant matters such as leases, assignments, surrenders, plus sales and purchases of both owner-occupied and investment properties. You’ll also advise on secured lending and finance transactions, including sale and leaseback arrangements.
