We are seeking a Residential Property Fee-earner Lawyer to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or an experienced Conveyancing Executive who is confident in managing their own caseload.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage a full caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and buy-to-let/investment properties.
- Maintain high standards of work, ensuring accuracy and reliability in line with the firm’s risk management procedures.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and referrers to enhance business development.
- Provide excellent client service, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages of the conveyancing process.
- Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process from initiation to completion.
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or significant experience as a Conveyancing Executive.
- Proven ability to handle a comprehensive caseload independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence in clients.
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure.
- Experience in all areas of residential conveyancing is highly desirable.
