Service care solutions are currently working alongside a well-known local authority, based in Devon, which is seeking an SeniorAdult Social Care Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress in your career and gain experience in the Adult Social Care industry.This role pays a competitive rate of:PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour  Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hourThis role is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend & fully remote for the right candidateResponsibilities as an SeniorAdult Social Care Lawyer:
  • To manage all aspects of court representation as required
  • Able to handle a high caseload in Adult social care from start to completion.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance as appropriate for your own area of expertise.
About you as an SeniorAdult Social Care Lawyer:
  • Good communication skills clearly and appropriately both verbally and in writing at all levels.
  • Has worked in the Adult Social Care legal team for the local authority.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ experience in Adult social care law.
