We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and reliable Operations Processor to join the team at DHL’s busy Service Centre. This is a hands-on warehouse role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.The Role As an Operations Processor, you will be responsible for processing secure, customs-cleared shipments with precision and care. Working to tight deadlines, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and compliant flow of goods in and out of the site.Key responsibilities include:
  • Accurate processing and scanning of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Handling materials safely and securely in line with company procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment
  • Using computer systems to track and manage shipments
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and security regulations
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational duties
  • Reporting any potential security or safety issues to supervisors promptly
About You The ideal candidate will:
  • Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Be a strong team player with good communication abilities
  • Be comfortable with manual handling and physical work
  • Have a flexible, proactive approach and be committed to high standards
  • Be confident working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Desirable skills and experience:
  • Aviation Security Training
  • Manual Handling or FLT licence
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
