Are you an Engineering Manager looking for an autonomous role, offering full training within a global manufacturing organisation, where you will lead the CAD, Estimating and Planning teams to meet customer requirements and production targets?

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established electronics manufacturer who operate on a global scale. They have a fantastic portfolio of customers including BAE Systems, MOD and the NHS.
Through growth and positive change within the business, a newly created engineering manager role has arisen. The successful candidate will drive performance across the CAD, Estimating and Planning divisions, in order to achieve production targets. Previous experience in CAD is essential however, full training will be provided in estimating and planning.
