Fullstop Fire & Security Ltd are looking to recruit an Engineering Manager to join their expanding team. The position will be based within our Exeter Office.

Engineering Manager Job Specification

• Management of Installation jobs including booking and Monitoring Job timescales.
• Liaising with Surveyor’s (Sales Dept.) / Technical Director.
• Ensuring relevant paperwork is completed at job completion.
• Providing additional Technical Support and assistance to the Engineering Departments.
• Completion of pre-Installation/Job paperwork including RAMS where required.
• Work efficiently under pressure and thrive in a busy working environment.
• To be highly enthusiastic, professional, provide advice and have a good manner with clients.
• Good time management.
• To be a keen problem solver.
• To identify training needs.

Preferred requirements as a Engineering Manager:

• Experience within Fire & Security systems Industry, parallel/similar Industry experience would be considered.
• Understanding of NSI and BAFE or Similar Trade Organisations requirements and procedures.
• A proven background gained via apprenticeship, experience, or trade qualifications.

Essential requirements

• Great professional Customer facing manner.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills.
• You will need to pass an enhanced vetting process.
• A Structured and Organised method of working

Starting Salary: £40,000.00 to £50,000.00 per year depending on Experience.
