Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Site Manager to help oversee operations and assist the Site Manager with daily duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily activities with sub-contractors, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients. Assistant site manager will be reporting to the Site Manager on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with site policies.
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure that the site is well-maintained, safe.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with experience in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a managerial role or similar position is essential.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6-7 months
Pay: 200.00-230.00 per day
