Sonic Summary

info
  • We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join a business focused on building automated ecosystems for financial services and fintech brands.
  • The role requires hands-on experience with Klaviyo or Omnisend, as well as a solid understanding of email automation and segmentation.
  • Candidates should have experience collaborating with creative teams and possess strong analytical skills to improve campaign performance.
  • The position offers a competitive salary, along with benefits such as a company pension, 25 days of holiday, and opportunities for growth.
  • Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in email marketing and must be able to commute to Exeter, as this is not a remote role.

We are searching for a highly motivated and driven Email Marketing Executive for a business that builds automated ecosystems that drive millions in revenue for high-performing financial services, online trading and fintech brands.

Our client is a Klaviyo and OmnisendPartner and all their campaigns are data-driven, automation-led, and performance-obsessed.

In this role you will be responsible for email strategy, setup, and execution, with the support of a very talented and creative technical team.

Your duties will include:

  • Planning, building and optimising high-performing automated flows - welcome sequences, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase and more.
  • You will brief and collaborate with Designers to bring every email to life (beautifully, on brand, and on time).
  • You will segment audiences, personalise campaigns, and dig deep into data to improve open, click, and conversion rates.
  • You will be responsible for building one-off campaigns, newsletters, and announcements - and report on results with clarity and confidence.
  • You will work directly in Klaviyo and Omnisend - building out flows, lists, campaigns, segments, A/B tests and analytics.
  • You will be expected to stay on top of best practices, industry updates, and deliverable guidelines.

Successful candidates will be/have:

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar email marketing platforms. If you are certified in either that would be amazing but is NOT essential.
  • A solid understanding of email automation, segmentation, triggers, and flows.
  • Experience briefing designers and working with creative teams to build cohesive campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail, from subject lines to CTAs.
  • Analytical thinking - you are just as interested in what worked (and why) as you are in building the next thing!

This role is offered on a hybrid-working basis, 3-days in the office and 2-days from home. You will therefore need to live within a commutable distance of Exeter to be considered for the role or you will be looking to relocate to the area. Please note, this is NOT a remote role.

The opportunity comes with the following benefits:

  • Competitive Salary.
  • Company Pension.
  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
  • Free Parking.
  • Real Growth and Development Opportunities.
  • Dress-down and Fun Environment.
  • Lots of Company and Team Events throughout the year.
