Customer Care Coordinator – About the role:
We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Exeter, South West regional team.Â
Due to continued growth and expansion across the region, we are now looking to further strengthen their Customer Care team with the addition of a Customer Care Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Customer Care and Customer Care Manager.Â
The Customer Care Coordinator will communicate with our customers, site managers, directly employed maintenance operatives and contractors to encourage customers to provide us with information about any problems that they may have, to record that information carefully on our computer system, and to arrange for their problems to be addressed as quickly as possible by coordinating appointments, labour and parts.
Customer Care Coordinator – About you:Â
- A champion for customer care
- Previous Customer Care experience within a fast paced and busy environment
- Experience within the housing or construction industry is desired but not essentialÂ
- The ability to remain calm and focussed in pressurised situations, with proactive problem solving skillsÂ
- Understands importance of Quality standards and procedures and the requirement needed to achieve and maintain a 5* customer service and customer journey
- Excellent telephone mannerÂ
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenÂ
- Excellent listening skills, understanding customer requirementsÂ
- Proactive and able to take initiativeÂ
- Flexible in approachÂ
- Competent user of MS Word, Excel and OutlookÂ
- Experience within the New home environment beneficial but not essentialÂ
- Knowledge of COINS is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
