The role involves leading a Highways project along the South East coast of Devon for approximately 8 months due to an increase in workload.
The Project Manager will oversee a project valued at up to £4 million, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Candidates are required to have a degree in a relevant field, along with necessary certifications such as SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work.

AstheProjectManager,youwilloverseeanddeliveraprojectworthupto4mensuringthatit'scompletedontime,withinbudget,andtotherequiredqualitystandards.

Projectsvaryandcanincluderesidentialdevelopments,roads&infrastructure,retainingwallsandbulkexcavationandsurfacing.

Dailydutiesinclude:

Managethesiteteamtoensurethattheprojectsarecompletedontime,withinbudget,andtotherequiredqualitystandards.
Providinganyadministrativeandtechnicalduties,includingsitesupervision,coordinationofsubcontractors,andensuringcompliancewithsafetyregulations
AssistinpreparingandsubmittingprojectreportstotheSiteManagerandotherstakeholders.
Providetechnicalassistanceandsupporttothesiteteam.
Assistininterpretingengineeringdrawingsandspecifications.
Helpinthepreparationofmethodstatementsandriskassessments.

Duetothenatureoftheprojectsitsalsoessentialthatyouhaveadrivinglicenceastravelinbetweenthesitesisessentialaswellasthefollowing:

Degreequalified(industryrelevantdegree)orequivalent.
SSSTS/SMSTS
CSCS
FirstAidatWork.
