Property Maintenance Technician – Full Time, permanent covering Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. This role will involve working 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday with a 30 min lunch break.
The company offers a salary of £34,000pa DOE, along with benefits including 26 days’ holidays + BH as well as a company Van, tablet and phone.

Wise Employment are recruiting a Property Maintenance Technician for our client where you will:

  • Undertake a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks in new build homes
  • Carry out minor external works to dry lining and decorating
  • Be prepared to cover Cornwall, Devon & Somerset (travel time is taken into consideration with regards to working hours) and reside within ideally Exeter or North Devon.
  • Liaise effectively with customers and our head office to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver work in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner
  • Keep accurate records of all work completed
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • A trade background, such as carpentry, decorating, or general maintenance
  • Experience in customer service and/or the housebuilding sector (desirable)
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • The ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Good IT skills, including basic laptop use
