Our client, a respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy and B Corp-certified business, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in either Exeter or Plymouth. Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 DOE (guide only)

Quantity Surveyor Job Overview

  • Deliver cost consultancy services across varied sectors
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation

  • Contribute to procurement, contract administration, and final accounts

Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience working as a Quantity Surveyor (consultancy or client-side)
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Experience with public or private sector projects beneficial
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
