Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're working with a well-respected, employee-owned consultancy with a strong regional presence, looking to grow their team in Exeter. They're now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing project delivery and contribute to further growth across the South West.

The role offers a mix of pre- and post-contract work across sectors including residential, education, commercial and healthcare, with the chance to take ownership of key client relationships and lead projects independently.

What you'll need:

• Strong background in consultancy-based quantity surveying

• Experience across both pre- and post-contract stages

• Good working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar

• MRICS or working towards chartership

• Confident in client-facing roles and managing multiple schemes

• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary & Benefits:

• 55,000 - 65,000 (DOE)
