A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, for a flagship scheme in Exeter (260M).
Your new company are a large National Main Contractor, who are one of the UK's leading Construction and Property Development businesses.
My client haveentered into a PCSA for the largest Passivhaus scheme in the Student Accommodation sector. It will consist of 1,700 new build units and the Refurbishment of 300 existing units. Buildings will range in height from 3to 8storeys. My client arelooking to start construction in July 2025.
The ideal candidate for the role will have good Main Contractor experienceacross large New Build schemes(wherepossible for Tier 1 contractors). You will also come from a Degree qualified background.
You will have support in the form of an existing Commercial Team, whilst reporting into a Commercial Lead (whilst site based) and a Commercial Pre-Construction Lead (whilst office based).
