City centre, established estate agency in the central Exeter area with a great reputation as a quality firm to work for, are seeking an Estate Agency Senior Valuer / Sales Manager with superb earning and career potential covering the Exeter & surrounding area and salary in the region of £30,000 basic and £40,000 OTE.This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join an established independent Estate & Letting Agency as a Valuer / Associate Director in a prime city centre location, covering the Exeter & surrounding areas. The candidate they are looking for must be a proven business winner already working in the Industry as a Senior Negotiator and Valuer or Manager with a great track record in property sales and instructions and with the experience and ability to do business development. They are looking for an exciting and dynamic candidate with good local market knowledge. You should also ideally have some upper end experience as this position will be dealing with all ends of the market. They will consider an existing manager or senior sales negotiator / valuer looking to progress. You will be highly professional and organised with a proactive and personable nature. Basic salary in the region of £30,000 with on target earnings in the region to £40,000 plus mileage. This would be depending on level of experience.
