Our client, a leading national law firm, is looking for a passionate and driven Real Estate Lawyer to join their dynamic team. With over 100 lawyers across their offices, their commercial real estate services are recognised for their expertise, efficiency, and effectiveness for both Private and Public Sector Clients.

The firm offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and dedicated lawyers who are at the cutting edge of society's biggest issues. In this role, you will provide high-quality advice on general and complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, lease management documents, and title investigations. The successful candidate will have previous commercial real estate experience and be keen to develop in their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality advice on general and complex real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, lease management documents, and title investigation.
  • Work alongside experienced and dedicated lawyers in a heavy-weight, commercial real estate legal team.
  • Collaborate with multi-sector teams, which includes private, public, and third sector projects.
  • Take part in the development and regeneration, retail consumer and logistics, education, health and social care, and government and housing association sectors.
  • Demonstrate previous commercial real estate experience and hit the ground running.
  • Continuously develop and grow in your career.

Remuneration:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from 55,000 to 60,000 DOE
  • Additional benefits including a pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, and income protection.
  • Competitive bonus scheme
  • Hybrid-Working - 2 Day's a week in the office average
