My client a leading London Law Firm are looking for an experience Receptionist to join their team in Exeter, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will play a crucial role in representing the firm.
Key Responsibilities - • Always deliver a professional reception service to clients, partners, and employees.• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area at all times.• Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome.• Handle incoming calls, redirecting them or taking messages as needed.• Set up telephone, conference calls, and AV facilities.• Ensure meeting rooms are client-ready and manage catering needs.• Assist with marketing events and make travel arrangements.• Support the General Office/Office Manager with administrative tasks.
