Recruitment Coordinator

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting their recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
