gap personnel, part of the gap group, is looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Exeter team. You’ll be a key player in delivering recruitment solutions across the industrial sector—managing the full sales cycle from new business development to candidate placement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing new business through proactive sales and networking
  • Building and managing long-term client relationships
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into temporary or permanent roles
  • Managing the full recruitment process end-to-end
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets with the support of a collaborative team

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous 360 recruitment experience OR a strong B2B sales background
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering results and providing a top-tier service
  • Local knowledge of Exeter and surrounding areas is a plus
