The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, delivering consistently high standards of service and guest experience. You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring they are fully engaged, motivated, and trained to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the GM with all aspects of restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
- Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
- Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards
- Be a visible leader on the floor, setting the tone for service excellence

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead by example
