Your new roleAs a Finance Assistant, you'll be a key part of the finance team, responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Daily bank reconciliations and card payment processing
- Monitoring and chasing outstanding debts
- Processing supplier invoices and managing payment runs
- Handling petty cash and driver expense claims
- Supporting the team during holidays to ensure smooth operations
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a finance role, ideally within the motor industry
- Strong numerical and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Proficiency in finance systems and spreadsheets
